We have an understanding, a commitment and responsibility to our Sellers that we will not bring an unqualified Buyer to the table for their review. This all begins with the Non-disclosure and Confidentiality form required to be completed and signed buy all perspective buyers before any details of our sellers business can be shared.

An “unqualified” Buyer is an entity that does not possess the financial ability to purchase the business in question. The Capstone Commercial Group has performed a Market Appraisal on the business giving the Seller an understanding of what the Business should bring to the open market. Sellers understand that Buyers need the opportunity to perform due diligence properly. However, the Seller does not want to entertain any offer that is far below the market offering price and will more likely NOT respond to or counter a “Low Ball Offer.”

As a Buyer, please be able to respond with an informed and reasonable offer that is in line with the financials provided.
