Chris Jankowski

Mr. Jankowski is President and Managing Director of CCG, and is the lead person in all private company merger and acquisition activity. Mr. Jankowski has 15 years of experience handling private company transactions including valuations, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as corporate and investment real estate. Mr. Jankowski has worked in a large group of industries and markets. He is a seasoned Merger and Acquisitions advisor who offers a unique insight into the factors that affect the value and sale of a closely held business.

Mr. Jankowski's M&A background is deeply enhanced with his background in general management, business development and engineering. Prior to founding CCG, he has owned and operated several small businesses.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from SUNY Empire State College and is a licensed N.Y. State Real Estate Broker.
